1. Scope
These terms govern use of neurocad.eu and any public information, documents, and contact channels published there. If NeuroCAD enters into a separate written contract, pilot agreement, NDA, procurement package, or repository-specific license with you, that specific agreement takes precedence for the covered subject matter.
2. Public Website & Pre-Release Information
The site is an informational and business development property. It may discuss product direction, research, capabilities, technical architecture, pricing intent, or roadmap themes. Unless NeuroCAD explicitly confirms otherwise in writing, the website does not create a guaranteed offer, service-level commitment, engineering sign-off, regulatory approval, export clearance, or obligation to deliver a specific feature by a specific date.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not disrupt, overload, abusively scrape, reverse engineer protected areas, or interfere with website availability or security.
You must not use the site or contact channels for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
You must not misrepresent affiliation with NeuroCAD or present public website materials as proprietary work.
4. Intellectual Property & Open Source
Unless otherwise stated, the design, branding, copy, graphics, and proprietary materials on neurocad.eu belong to NeuroCAD or its licensors. Open-source code and public repositories may be governed by separate license terms that must be followed.
5. External Links & Third-Party Services
The website may link to GitHub or other third-party services. NeuroCAD does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The public website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. NeuroCAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Changes
NeuroCAD may update the website and these terms from time to time. The latest published version applies from its stated update date.
8. Governing Law & Contact
Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bulgaria unless mandatory consumer or data protection rules require otherwise. Commercial delivery, procurement, security, and support commitments should be documented in a separate written agreement.
